PeopleSoft Functional Analyst

Job Summary:

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Functional Analyst to provide strategic guidance and insights aimed at enhancing business operations, efficiency, and organizational structure. In this role, you will support the deployment and maintenance of PeopleSoft Enterprise HR modules across the full project lifecycle. This is a hybrid position based in Herndon, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional analysis, design, and implementation of PeopleSoft modules in Agile/Scrum or Change Request environments
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution
• Create and maintain detailed functional documentation and design artifacts
• Conduct system testing and validation
• Utilize PeopleTools and collaborate with technical teams to resolve system issues

Required Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM in federal environments
• 10–15 years supporting Human Capital Shared Services
• Proven track record in federal HR process improvement across multiple agencies
• Familiarity with PeopleTools for issue diagnosis and resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and client relationship management
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
• Experience engaging stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements
• Ability to quickly learn and apply complex business rules to system processes
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Compensation of the PeopleSoft Functional Analyst:

·      Salary range: $110,000-$130,000 *based on experience*
