Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Help Desk Analyst to provide customer support and technical assistance to users supporting a large scale, DoD program in Arlington, VA. This is a long term project supporting Mission Critical work! This opportunity is fully on-site and requires a Secret Clearance as well as a Security+ certification for consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Government mobile phone administration
- Perform system imaging and deployment of operating systems and software packages
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and security protocols.
- Perform system imaging and deployment of operating systems and software applications to ensure consistent and efficient setup of new and existing workstations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I and II incidents to include: system inquiries, requests, incidents, software installation, printer support, hardware support (desktop, laptop, peripheral).
- Perform in-person customer service and phone support service to 4,000 end-user community .
- Perform trouble ticket action to include updates with quality notes, customer communication, and resolution within established service level agreements.
- Provide VIP support and communication regarding status of incident troubleshooting and resolution.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in alike setting.
- Security+ certification
- Active Secret Clearance
Compensation:
- $65,000 - $72,000
- Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, sick leave if required by law
