Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Part Time Help Desk Specialist who will support a government contract in Colorado Springs, CO.
Responsibilities for the Help Desk Specialist:
· Assist customers, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate technical support.
· Account creations, account lockouts, password changes.
· Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
· Follow-up and update customer status and information
· Log and route service requests and incidents in an incident management system
· Maintain service level agreements related to Desk Side support Service/Incident requests
· Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support team member
· Establish phone bridge with next level of support and customer leads per SOP’s
Qualifications for the Help Desk Specialist:
· 0- 2 years of relative experience
· Expirence with systems such as: Remedy, ServiceNow
· Clearance: Secret
Compensation for the Help Desk Specialist:
- $18 – $20 *Depending on Experience.
- Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holidays, 401k, PTO and Sick leave as required by law
