Mission Systems I&V Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Mission Systems Integration and Verification Engineer to join a revolutionary program developing a next-generation advanced pilot training system in partnership with the US Air Force based out of St Louis, MO. This position is fully onsite and requires up to a Secret clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities of the Mission Systems I&V Engineer:

• Lead mission systems integration and verification to meet performance and safety standards
• Develop flight test readiness reviews, test plans, and test matrices
• Coordinate with flight test teams for execution, data collection, and reporting
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and QA teams to resolve technical issues
• Analyze test data and recommend design improvements
• Support the development of airframe specifications and documentation

Qualifications of the Mission Systems I&V Engineer:

• 4+ years in mission systems integration and verification for military or commercial aircraft
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies
• Strong practical knowledge of mission systems, avionics, and related tech
• Experience with test planning, execution, and data analysis
• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field

Compensation for the Mission Systems I&V Engineer:

• Salary: $100,000-115,000/year *flexible based on experience
