Test & Evaluation Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer in Camp Springs, MD

Responsibilities of the Test & Evaluation Engineer include:

·        General knowledge and is proficient in the operation, integration, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automatic test equipment (and associated software, Test Program Sets (TPS), and programming codes).

·        Designs component and sub-assembly level hardware or software as specified by the Statement of Work. Uses analytical tools to verify the design. Assists in coordinating the manufacture and assembly of test hardware.

·        General knowledge across a wide range of radiation effects and electronic, electrical, software engineering disciplines (e.g. analog and digital circuit design, electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) electrical design, embedded software and microprocessor based system designs

Qualifications for the Test & Evaluation Engineer include:

·        Experience with Oscilloscopes

·        Active Secret Clearance

Compensation for the Test & Evaluation Engineer include:

• Salary: 70,000-80,000 **Depending on Experience and Education Level**
