Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking an Archer Engineer to support a Department of Energy program on-site in Oak Ridge, TN. This position requires an active TS or Dept of Energy Q Clearance. The position is in support a contract with the Department of Energy at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN. Y-12 is a premier manufacturing facility dedicated to making our nation and the world a safer place and plays a vital role in the Department of Energy’s Nuclear Security Enterprise by ensuring a safe and effective U.S. nuclear weapons deterrent, retrieve and store nuclear materials, fuel the nation’s naval reactors, and perform complementary work for other government and private-sector entities.

Responsibilities for the Archer Engineer include:
- Knowledge in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining EGRC Archer system hybrid architecture (bare metal and PaaS), and design, installation, configuration, and deployment expertise.
- Knowledge of NIST risk management framework, Archer domains, and supporting risk management through identification, assessment, decisions, treatment, monitoring, and organizational context.
- Skill in facilitating EGRC Archer interoperability and integration efforts with internal and external customers from on-premise and cloud service platforms.
- Skill in presentation, technical and operational competence for IT environment optimizations, workflow analysis, incident workflow development, configuring reporting requirements, and supporting control assessment management and compliance.
- Ability to apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements, administer EGRC Archer system accounts, and coordinate system requirements and changes.
- Skill in automating policy management, reporting metrics for lifecycle authorization and FISMA requirements, establishing real-time reporting and dashboards, and conducting testing and quality assurance procedures
Qualifications for the Archer Engineer include:
· Education
o PhD in a technical field with limited experience
o Masters degree in a technical field and 2-5 years of related experience
o Bachelors degree in a technical field and 5-10 years of related experience
o Associates degree in a technical field and 10-15 years of related experience
· Clearance
o Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S Government Top Secret Clearance or Q Clearance.
Compensation for the Archer Engineer includes:
· Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 *depending on experience*
