Collections Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Collections Specialist to join a government integrator located through 100% full remote presence. The Collections Specialist will serve as one of the primary faces of the company collecting payments, completing customer credit analysis, and recording relevant collection communications.

Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist include:

• Manage collections - contacting accounts, recording estimated pay dates, and identifying barriers to timely payment
• Collaborate with billing team to resolve invoice discrepancies & ensure accurate resubmissions
• Maintain detailed records and a clean ledger of customer correspondence, cash receipts, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and present financial reporting to upper management

Qualifications of the Collections Specialist include:

• 3 + years of experience in collections
• Experience with contracts, payment advice, invoice updates, & invoice collections
• Experience with Accounts Receivables
• Experience with Navision & Costpoint

Compensation for the Collections Specialist includes:

• Salary Range: $55,000-$58,000 **depending on experience**
• Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, Holidays, PTO, sick leave as required by law
