Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Dell Storage Engineer who will support a government contract in Denver, CO.

 

Responsibilities for the Dell Storage Engineer:

·      Monitor and manage Dell infrastructure, user requests, log files, and operational reports.

·      Provide capacity planning and disaster recovery assistance.

·      Troubleshoot incidents, coordinate service incidents, open service requests, and participate in root cause analysis.

·      Assist with software/firmware management, implement change requests, document policies and procedures, and monitor migration activities.

·      Recommend procedural changes, share best practices, and provide performance tuning recommendations.

·      Work with technical leadership, perform transition planning, conduct knowledge transfer, and develop Run Books.

Qualifications for the Dell Storage Engineer

·      Clearance: Must have Active TS/SCI Clearance

·      5 to 10 years of relative expirence

·      Extensive experience with Dell storage products, including Power Store

·      Familiarity with Hitachi/Unity arrays and transitioning environments to Dell solutions

·      Proven experience scaling storage systems and managing large data environments

 

Compensation for the Dell Storage Engineer:

  • $140,000 – $175,000 *Depending on Experience.
  • Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holidays, 401k, PTO and Sick leave as required by law
