Financial Analyst-TS/SCI

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Top Secret/SCI Cleared Senior Financial Analyst to support our customer within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) by providing resource analysis, budget execution, and financial management. This position is located in Arlington, VA and is hybrid remote.

General Duties:

• Provide financial budgetary support to include but not limited to providing funding, forecasting, programming, budget documentation, execution status, and funds reconciliation.
• Follow the planning, programming, budget, executing (PPBE) process and guidance.
•  Monitor and report the status of approved, deferred, and released funds while maintaining cognizance of various program funds. 
•  Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate and attend financial management meetings, training sessions, database briefings, and software changes or updates.

Desired Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree and (15+) or more years of experience or a Master’s degree (13 years)
• Experience with planning, programming, budget, executing (PPBE) process.
• Experience coordinating and attending financial management meetings, training sessions, database briefings.
• Experience preparing financial status reports.

Compensation:

•  Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000 (compensation varies on position and relevant years of experience and education)
•  Benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days paid time off, 11 federal holidays, and sick leave as required by law
