Senior AWS Cloud Administrator - Linux

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an AWS Systems Administrator to join a government partner of ours located in San Antonio, TX. The AWS Systems Administrator will be responsible for administration and support of a Linux based environment supporting a Cloud technologies. The candidate will also need to be RHEL Certified and hold an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities of the AWS Systems Administrator role include:

• Experience deploying, managing, and operating workloads on AWS
• Systems Administration experience with both Microsoft and Linux platforms.
• Specific System Administration and support of development and test teams in AWS with an understanding of Kubernetes and traditional RHEL servers.
• System Administration support and management Amazon EKS

Required Qualifications for the AWS Systems Administrator include:

• 10+ Years of Experience
• RHEL Certification required
• Experience with RHEL, AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Windows required
• TS/SCI Clearance

Compensation for the Systems Administrator include:

• Hourly Range: $72.11/hr. with PTO/Holiday Pay - equivalent of $150K

• W2, long-term, open-ended, multi-year assignment
