Systems Administrator - Cloud/AWS - TS/SCI

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator to join a government partner of ours located in Springfield, VA. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for administration and support of a multi-OS environment (Linux/Windows) supporting a Cloud Migration and implementation.

Responsibilities of the Systems Administrator role include:

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud/AWS systems
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Isolate and resolve problems involving the applications, operating system, hardware, communications, other infrastructure, or any combination as needed
• Prepare problem reports to appropriate leads like Amazon/C2S, NGA-ESC, etc.

 Preferred Experience:

• Demonstrated proficiency with the AWS C2S Suite and tools.
• Troubleshooting and providing AWS technical support
• Creating IAM users/roles/policies per user requests.

Required Qualifications for the Systems Administrator include:

•  Must have experience with Cloud technologies/AWS
• 1+ years demonstrated experience in systems administration and support
• 1+ years demonstrated experience with ideally Windows and Linux OS environments
• TS/SCI Clearance (SCI Eligibility in DISS)

Compensation for the Systems Administrator include:

• Hourly Range: $45-54/hr. with PTO/Holiday Pay - equivalent of $90,000-114,000

• W2, long-term, open-ended, multi-year assignment
