Sr. AWS Cloud Systems Operations Administrator

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Sr. AWS Cloud Systems Operations Administrator to join a well-knownfederal contracting company based out of Samn Antonio, TX. The Sr. AWS Cloud Systems Operations Administrator  is responsible for operational systems maintenance of DoD AWS environments.

Responsibilities of the Sr. AWS Cloud Systems Operations Administrator include:

• Deploy, manage and operate workloads on AWS
• Implement security controls and DoD security requirements in DoD systems
• Utilize AWS Management Console and AWS Command Line Interface
• Analyze, plan, devleop requirements documents, build functional models develop procedures and other related technical duties

Qualifications for the Sr. AWS Cloud Systems Operations Administrator includes:

• 10 years of overall IT experience in AWS, cloud or systems administration
• DoD systems adminsitration experience of Linux or Windows
• Demonstrated knowledge of AWS systems operational maintenance
• Kubernetes CKA certification and/or training with 2 years of applied experience on containerized platforms
• Top Secret clearance is required

Compensation for the Sr. AWS Cloud Systems Operations Administrator includes:

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 **depending on experience**
