Project Manager - TS/SCI

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Project Manager- TS/SCI for a world leading technology organization in the Raleigh Durham, North Carolina area. The Project Manager – TS/SCI will work a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.  The Project Manager – TS/SCI must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager – TS/SCI include:

·       Manage multiple projects at a time

·       Influence and hold other teams accountable to project scope and initiatives

·       Lead project and program teams through Agile ceremonies such as Commits, Demos, Retrospectives

·       Proactively communicate to senior leadership on project progress and risks

Qualifications for the Project Manager – TS/SCI include:

·       ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance

·       Ability to work a hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

·       3+ years of professional project management experience

·       Experience managing IT infrastructure projects

·       Understanding of Agile and Waterfall

·       Ability to influence others and build /maintain relationships within the org to guide effective teams

·       Strong understanding of project management principles

Compensation for the Project Manager – TS/SCI:

·        Annual Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 plus a comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays. This job opens for applications on January 26, 2025. Applications for this job will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date.
