Secret Cleared Java Developer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking multiple active Secret Cleared Java Developers to join a long-term TSA program located in Colorado Springs, CO or Columbia, MD through Hybrid work. The Secret Cleared Java Developer position will be responsible for designing applications to help migrate and modernize data for the Visa travel system.   

Responsibilities of the Secret Cleared Java Developer include:  

• Design applications using Java and Spring boot frameworks  
• Develop interactive web applications using front end coding   
• Participating in Agile Scrum meetings 
• Migrate multiple legacy systems into a single modernized system  

Qualifications for the Secret Cleared Java Developer include:  

• Over 2 years of experience in Java and Software development   
• Experience with web development tools such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline is preferred  
• Extensive experience with Spring boot framework  
• Experience with SQL database migration and REST API integration  
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance. 

Compensation for the Secret Cleared Java Developer include:  

Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000 **depending on years of experience and skill set as it relates to the qualifications**
