Data Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Data Engineer to join a program supporting the USMC located in Albany, GA through fully on-site work. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing and building the database infrastructure.  

Responsibilities of the Data Engineer include: 

• Utilize scripting languages to automate tasks  
• Migrate and integrate data sets from legacy systems to new ones 
• Troubleshoot and configure database components  
• Develop and test software applications within the database  

Qualifications for the Data Engineer include: 

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Computer Programming, or related field 
• IAT level II certification is highly preferred 
• Experience with Azure and Data Bricks is highly preferred 
• Knowledge of scripting and programming languages  
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active USMC Public Trust  

Compensation for the Data Engineer include: 

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 **depending on experience**
