Scrum Master

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master to support a newly awarded program. The ideal candidate will promote continuous improvement and learning to help the team deliver a efficient process and timeline of project delivery. This role will be performed remotely with preferred work hours in EST time zone.

Responsibilities:

·      Facilitate scrum events such as PI/sprint planning, daily scrum, PI/sprint review, and sprint retrospective

·      Assist IRAP team by removing obstacles/blockers that are stopping development or deployment process by facilitating communication with external teams if needed

·      Track the team’s progress using tools like burndown charts & ensure transparency

·      Create open dialogue within the team and external stakeholders to bolster a productive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation

·      Introduce and support the adoption of agile practices and principles within the team

Qualifications:

·      5+ years of experience leading projects within an Agile Framework

·      A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

·      Experience operating within Azure DevOps environment

·      SAFe certification is required

·      Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Security Clearance

Compensation Package:

·      Salary Range: 80k-85k
