Full Job Description:
Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Tech Ops Administrator to join a growing team with a highly credible prime contractor, in support of a government agency. This position will be fully on-site and require a full scope clearance due to the scope of the work.
Responsibilities/Overview:
- Monitor and report deployment flow to ensure operational functionality and escalate issues promptly and accurately back to the deploying team
- Identify and drive fixes with feature teams for volume drivers
- Run documented deployment scripts and procedures
- Coordinate restoration actions with other teams
- Support outage restoration actions, escalating within published SLAs or when indicated by procedure
- Document all investigative and restorative actions in designated system of record for audit purposes and root cause investigations
- Identify and drive recovery levers with feature teams
- Problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging expertise to mitigate customer or service outages
- Update standard operation procedures and technical training guides documentation as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and focus
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a similar field or equivalent combination of IT training and practical IT experience
- Adaptable to a fast pace environment with changing proprieties
- Ability to execute work with precision in time sensitive outage scenarios
- Capability to communicate effectively through written and oral English
- Ability to perform work under continuous deadline pressure
- Must be open to shift work as 24/7 support is needed
- Active Full Scope Clearance
