Full Job Description:

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Tech Ops Administrator to join a growing team with a highly credible prime contractor, in support of a government agency. This position will be fully on-site and require a full scope clearance due to the scope of the work.

Responsibilities/Overview:

• Monitor and report deployment flow to ensure operational functionality and escalate issues promptly and accurately back to the deploying team
• Identify and drive fixes with feature teams for volume drivers
• Run documented deployment scripts and procedures
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams
• Support outage restoration actions, escalating within published SLAs or when indicated by procedure
• Document all investigative and restorative actions in designated system of record for audit purposes and root cause investigations
• Identify and drive recovery levers with feature teams
• Problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging expertise to mitigate customer or service outages
• Update standard operation procedures and technical training guides documentation as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and focus
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a similar field or equivalent combination of IT training and practical IT experience
• Adaptable to a fast pace environment with changing proprieties
• Ability to execute work with precision in time sensitive outage scenarios
• Capability to communicate effectively through written and oral English
• Ability to perform work under continuous deadline pressure
• Must be open to shift work as 24/7 support is needed
• Active Full Scope Clearance
