Warehouse Management System Trainer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Management System Trainer for a permanent position in New Cumberland, PA requiring 80% travel to train Department of Defense staff on the SAP Warehouse Management System software at various locations across both CONUS and OCONUS.

 Responsibilities of the Warehouse Management System Trainer

• This role will require the ability to train large groups of employees on the operation of SAP WMS after initial training sessions.
• Assisting in the review and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures post-training.
• Collaborating in the development of coaching materials and training checklists to enhance training effectiveness.

Qualifications of the Warehouse Management System Trainer

·      5 years of experience as a warehouse worker or team leader.

·      Must be able to travel up to 80% of the year, at intervals of up to 4 to 6 weeks at time.

·      Must be proficient in operating a warehouse management system, especially SAP WMS

·      Possesses an active U.S. Passport

·      One must be willing and able to be on site in New Cumberland, PA while not travelling.

Compensation for the Warehouse Management System Trainer       

·      $80,000-85,000 annual salary *depending on experience

·      Daily per-diem while on travel
