Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a team supporting DoD in Williamsburg, VA. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Program Managers in a training environment



Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:

·       Provide administrative support including answering phones, making copies, and receiving administrative information

·       Compile and maintain statistics in excel as needed.

·       Assist program managers with tracking and logging participation

·       Support training exercises and schedules

·       Organize files and maintain and orderly supply room

·       Prepare and submit work orders

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant include:

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Valid Driver’s License

Compensation for the Administrative Assistant include:

  • Salary: 60,000+
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
