Warehouse Management System Trainer (CONUS/OCONUS Travel)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Management System Trainer for a permanent position in New Cumberland, PA involving 80% travel. This position will travel to various warehouse locations both CONUS and OCONUS to train and coach Department of Defense personnel on the SAP Warehouse Management System software.

Must possess a valid passport

Responsibilities:

·       80% travel, at intervals of up to 4 to 6 weeks at time (per-diem included).

·       Opportunity for significant Overtime.

·       Demonstrating exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with management at all levels.

·       Providing over-the-shoulder coaching and training on the operation of SAP WMS after initial training sessions.

·       Participating in daily meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and updates.

·       Assisting in the review and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures post-training.

·       Collaborating in the development of coaching materials and training checklists to enhance training effectiveness.

·       Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

·       A minimum of 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker or team leader.

·       Proficiency in operating a warehouse management system, specifically SAP WMS.

·       Familiarity with drafting and revising warehouse Standard Operating Procedures.

·       Experience in leading and providing technical direction to warehouse staff.

·       Proven track record in warehouse operations, from worker to supervisor or higher roles.

·       Active US Passport.

·       Must be willing and able to be on site in New Cumberland, PA while not travelling.

Compensation:

·       $80,000-85,000 annual salary *depending on experience

·       Daily per-diem while on travel
