Data Engineer - Active Top Secret Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Top-Secret Cleared Data Engineer to join a growing team in support of a government agency. This position will be 3 months remote, then a hybrid work schedule, located in either College Park, MD, Reston, VA or Washington, DC.

Responsibilities of the Top-Secret Cleared Data Engineer include:

• Write and maintain code using an Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) platform to transform data to suitable formats as defined by IC ITE initiatives
• Interface with external teams and systems to collect data via myriad protocols including HTML and SFTP
• Add features to ETL platform to shorten timelines for future data integration efforts
• Develop and maintain code and integrate software into a fully functional software system

Qualifications for the Top-Secret Cleared Data Engineer include:

·       Bachelors Degree

·       Object Oriented programming language experience: PHP, Python, C#, Java

·       Active TS/SCI clearance

·       Linux/Unix experience

·       Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), data ingestion, etc

Compensation for the Top-Secret Cleared Data Engineer includes:

·       Salary: $150K - $210K MAX **depending on education and years of experience**
