Security Specialist

Piper Companies is currently looking for a Security Specialist in Raleigh, NC to join a support team tasked with securing internal resources for a Worldwide leader in technology.

Responsibilities for the Security Specialist include:

·      Provide guidance and support to company FSOs and DISS users regarding the PCL process and general compliance

·      Communicate with government agencies when obtaining rulings and approvals for compliance regulations

·      Partake in security inspections and be able to compare policies and procedures with corrective action

·      Research security violations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications for the Security Specialist include:

·      3+ years of professional Security Specialist experience

·      Must have a TS/SCI and preferred CI poly

·      Strong knowledge of DISS

·      Bachelor’s Degree or related experience

Compensation for the Security Specialist include:

·      Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000 based on skill level

·      Comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, bonus, and 401K
