Infrastructure Engineers

Zachary Piper is seeking all levels of REMOTE Infrastructure Engineers to support a AWS GovCloud network with implementation, design, and the security of their solutions for federal customers. This is an opportunity to support a newly awarded multi-year program that will be assisting Homeland with their cybersecurity solutions to defend all federal civilian networks.

Responsibilities of Infrastructure Engineers:

·      Ensure system components maintain compliance with client requirements and relevant security policies

·      Help assist in assessment, evaluation, and documentation of client environment, infrastructure, and operations

·      Integrate multiple information systems like application integration utilizing standard or custom integrations of APIs

·      Design & Document security controls for System Security Plans & support FISMA accreditation processes

·      Interface with all levels from end users, to senior management, to contract members

Qualifications of Infrastructure Engineers:

·      5+ years of experience of designing, implementing, securing, & maintaining within Amazon Web Services (GovCloud)

·      Experience with Automation & Cloud Engineering (DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD pipeline, Infrastructure as Code)

·      Evaluate infrastructure designs for policy compliance, design principle alignment, provide feedback, and improvement ideas where applicable

·      Design, configure monitoring, logging solutions, analyze/report results

·      Must be able to pass a government background check & Public Trust Process

Compensation Infrastructure Engineers:

·      Salary Range: Depending on Experience
