Data Protection Systems Engineer - Washington, D.C. - Active Top Secret

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Top-Secret Cleared Systems Engineer (Data Protection) to join a program to combat terrorism and other threats to national security. This is on-site work, located in Washington, D.C. and requires DOD Top-Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities for the Top-Secret Cleared Systems Engineer (Data Protection) include:

• Develop, execute, enhance, sustain, upgrade, and document solutions for Data Protection, including backups, snapshots, and contingency plans
• Guarantee that virtual machine restorations across all networks and locations comply with the Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO)
• Carry out the operational and maintenance tasks typical of a systems administrator

Required Qualifications for the Top-Secret Cleared Systems Engineer (Data Protection) include:

• 9+ years of Systems Engineering experience
• Experience with Data Protection systems (Netapp, Comvault, etc)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Top-Secret Clearance

Compensation for the Top-Secret Cleared Systems Engineer (Data Protection) include:

Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 **Depends on level of degree and combined years of experience**
