Fully Onsite - Sr. Cyber SME - TS/SCI Cleared

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Sr. Cyber Operations SME to join one of our clients in supporting a large DoD program. This role is fully onsite in one of the following locations: Colorado Springs, San Diego, DC, or Pensacola. The Sr. Cyber Operations SME will serve as a high level expert regarding our nation’s offensive cyber missions.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Cyber Operations SME:

• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and performance standards.
• Draft acquisition and transition documents, encompassing technical specifications, test plans, and interface controls.
• Collaborate with naval and operational forces worldwide to facilitate project coordination.
• Provide strategic guidance and coordination for integrating experimental capabilities within operational forces.
• Prepare and present technical contributions to operational planning, and manage security classification documentation and reporting.

Necessary Qualifications for the Sr. Cyber Operations SME:

• Expertise in DoD cyber, electronic warfare, information operations, SIGINT, or Multi-Domain Operations.
• Experience with military or intelligence community compartmented activities and planning processes (MDMP, JOPES, APEX) at Echelon 2 or higher.
• Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and artifacts.
• Proficiency in DoD 5000 series acquisition project/program management.
• Skill in developing and delivering briefings to senior leader audiences (General/Flag officer, SES).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI

Compensation for the Sr. Cyber Operations SME:

• Salary: $170k-$205k (dependent on experience)
