Network Admin

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Network Admin to join a long-term DoD program supporting the Department of the Navy located in New Orleans, LA. The Network Admin will assist with end-user desktop support across numerous Marine Corps installations worldwide.

Responsibilities for the Network Admin include:

• Assist with Network Admin support

• Help resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and Video Teleconference issues

• Work directly with Marines, Government Civilians, and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues 

• Meet service goals by opening and closing tickets, executing scripts, and answering calls

Required Qualifications for the Network Admin include:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance

• 3+ Years of Network Admin experience

• Active IAT II Certification (Security+)

• Experience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and support for IT devices

Compensation for the Network Admin include:

• Salary Range: $60,000-75,000 **depending on years of experience and certifications**
