Technical Program Manager *Hybrid*

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a position supporting a defense contractor. This position is hybrid, requiring at least 1 day per week onsite in Chantilly, VA. The individual will oversee software delivery and operations for high-profile client projects.

Responsibilities of the Technical PM:

• Manage client projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery that meets established requirements.
• Lead SDLC phases, including requirements development and quality assurance, and participate in change board meetings.
• Research system upgrades to assess feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with existing systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and contractors to deliver high-quality software and services.
• Develop and update system documentation, including requirements, design, and risk management, and document system issues and resolutions.

Necessary Qualifications for the Technical PM:

• 10+ years leading complex software development, delivery, and operations.
• 3+ years experience as a software developer.
• Proficiency in leading both Agile and traditional SDLCs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certification: PMP and SCRUM Master are desired.

Compensation for the Technical PM:

• Salary: $125,000-$150,000 (dependent on experience)
