Sr. Software Engineer - TS/SCI

*Active TS/SCI Clearance is required for consideration*

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to support a highly classified, mission critical program fully on-site in San Diego, CA. The Software Engineer should have strong C++/Python/Java fundamentals and be able to design and implement algorithms and software features to meet specific mission needs.

Experience Includes:

·   Experience deploying and working in Cloud environments (AWS)

• Strong C++ skillset including:
• Object-oriented design, C++ coding, and unit testing
• Ability to debug source code
• Troubleshooting complex, multi-threaded software

·   Strong Java foundation including:

• Write unit tests in JUnit
• Use Maven to manage dependencies and package software
• Work with third-party libraries and documentation
• Write robust code with appropriate error checking and handling
• Web Service development using spring-boot

·   Integration experience, including:

• Deploy software to Linux environments
• Interpret logs and validate data analytics
• Understand complex system architectures and debug errors spanning multiple components

Requirements Include:

·   Must hold an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance

·   Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and 6+ years of experience

Compensation Includes:

• $125,000 - $210,000 *based on experience*
