Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Senior Software Engineer to support a federal program based out of San Diego, CA. This position is fully ONSITE with every other Friday off.
***Requires an active TS/SCI Clearance***
Responsibilities of the Senior Software Engineer:
- Utilize skills in C++/Python/Java to design, and implement algorithms and software features to meet mission needs
- Integrate with external components and APIs
- Test software at all levels (unit test, integration test, system test)
- Deploy and maintain operational and test systems
Qualifications of the Senior Software Engineer:
- 6+ years of experience in Software Development
- Experience deploying and working in Cloud environments (AWS)
- Strong C++ skillset
- Strong Java foundation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Must hold an ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE
Compensation for the Senior Software Engineer:
- Salary: $140,000-210,000/year *flexible based on experience*
