Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Secret-cleared Java Developer to join a Government Consulting company located in Colorado Springs, CO through 95% remote work (1 day hybrid). The Secret-cleared Java Developer will bring reliability and maintenance to all systems.

Responsibilities of the Java Developer include:

·       Develop web applications utilizing Java frameworks

·       Provide expertise and consultation to software development using Agile methodologies, test-driven development principles, with robust documentation, user centered design, and extensible infrastructure

·       Maintain application software and COTS

·       Responsible for the design, coding, testing, quality assurance, development, software configuration management and program documentation

Qualifications for the Java Developer SME include:

·       2+ years of experience in software development

·       Expertise in Java, Angular, as well as Spring and Apache frameworks

·       Experience with Java development tools

·       Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework

·       Active Secret Clearance

Compensation for the Java Developer SME includes:

·       Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 *depending on experience*
