DC3 Technical Lead - DCISE

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a DC3 Technical Lead - DCISE to support a company providing cyber intelligence and national security services to federal government customers. This position is onsite in Linthicum Heights, MD. This is an extremely exciting opportunity supporting critical cyber threat analysis and intelligence operations.

Responsibilities for the DC3 Technical Lead include:

• Lead teams performing all-source cyber intelligence analysis and reporting.
• Oversee daily cyber threat analysis and operational activities.
• Analyze malware, suspicious files, and indicators of compromise.
• Conduct network analysis to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and adversary activity.
• Perform OSINT, data fusion, and link analysis investigations.
• Support executive leadership with technical guidance and mission updates.
• Assist with program, financial, and business management activities.

Qualifications for the DC3 Technical Lead include:

• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• 5+ years leading cyber intelligence analysis efforts.
• 5+ years supervising intelligence or cybersecurity teams.
• Experience using tools such as VirusTotal and other threat analysis platforms.
• Experience conducting malware analysis, network analysis, and threat investigations.
• Knowledge of OSINT, intelligence collection, data fusion, and link analysis.
• Understanding of APT tactics, cyber threats, and intelligence reporting.

Compensation for the DC3 Technical Lead includes:

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $225,000
