Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking skilled Network Operations Center Service Technicians to support the hybrid cloud infrastructure and applications. The position will be in Lorton, VA. As a member of the NOC Operations team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and responding to incidents, escalations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include the operations and maintenance of hybrid cloud resources, DevOps toolsets, and access management systems.


Responsibilities:

·       Respond to incidents, escalations, and provide customer service support in the 24x7 hybrid cloud infrastructure

·       Perform network tasks, such as port changes, activations, and VLAN assignments.

·       Utilize incident response tools for network diagnoses and issue remediation ranging from tiers 1 - 3

·       Improve operational efficiency through automation tools and scripts.


Requirements:

·       Active TS/SCI clearance.

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 2+ years of hands-on experience.

·       DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (CompTIA Security+).

·       Experience with incident response tools.

·       Flexibility in shift hours and availability for on-call support.


Compensation:

·       $70,000 - $120,000 (Depending on experience)

·       Benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k
