Storage Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Storage Engineer to join a long term government contract located in Quantico, VA. The Storage Engineer will be responsible for the data storage administration for new or existing computer systems.

Responsibilities of the Storage Engineer include:

• Preform complex systems development and design work
• Performs systems modeling, simulation and analysis
• Develops documentation on new or existing systems
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves system problems

Qualifications for the Storage Engineer include:                                                   

• 10+ years’ of experience working with storage devices
• Knowledgeable with SAN (Storage Area Networks)
• Experience with HP 3PAR or NetApp hardware
• Dell/EMC and IBM storage solutions experience
• Must have an IAT II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)

Compensation for the Storage Engineer include:

• Salary: $100,000
