Sr IT Specialist - Secret Cleared

JOB DESCRIPTION

*Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance Required*

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking for a Cleared Sr IT Specialist in Quantico, VA to work for an IT Services team supporting a large government owned and operated contract with the DoD.

Responsibilities for the Sr IT Specialist include:

• Providing Desk side support to all staff members within the organization for various devices/technologies

• Providing Tier III level user support, troubleshooting hardware, computer systems, and software
• Performing Tier III upgrades of networking systems, IT Systems, and installing, configuring desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices. software, and device re-imaging
• Handling priority tickets quickly and efficiently

Qualifications for the Sr IT Specialist include:

• 7+ Years Professional IT Experience (can be flexible for the right skillset)
• Experience with hands-on troubleshooting and support for IT Devices, Remedy ticketing system (preferred)
• Must hold an active IAT Level II Certification, such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP
• Must hold an Active Secret Clearance, can hold a Top Secret Clearance (Interim Secret will also meet the clearance requirement)

Compensation for the Sr IT Specialist includes:

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience
