Software Engineer - (.NET)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Located in Raleigh North Carolina (NC), Piper Companies is looking for a Software Engineer to design and develop custom web applications specific to our users needs. We are looking for an Engineer who has experience working with VB.NET (or C#), .NET, SQL Server or Oracle databases. 

Responsibilities for the Software Engineer include:

• Design and develop web applications based upon specific user requirements
• Support application and database systems by reviewing user's information system needs
• Determine information system requirements and needs
• Make recommendations  to strengthen controls, improve communication and increase efficiency using automation systems 

Qualifications for the Software Engineer include:

• 2+ years of software development experience utilizing Microsoft technology 
• Experience with VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server or Oracle databases

Compensation for the Software Engineer include:

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000
• Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K
