JOB DESCRIPTION

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Specialist for a 10:00pm-6:00am night shift role in San Antonio, TX. THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TS/SCI.

 

Responsibilities for the Service Desk Specialist:

  • Diagnose and resolve client issues using ITIL practices
  • Track trouble tickets using Remedy ITSM
  • Monitor network services and infrastructure

 

Requirements for the Service Desk Specialist:

  • MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI
  • Security+ CE certification
  • 3+ years of prior service desk experience
  • Technical knowledge installing, configuring, maintaining MS operating systems

 

Compensation for the Service Desk Specialist:

  • $45,000-$55,000 annually, based on experience
  • Benefits, PTO, holidays
