JOB DESCRIPTION

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Service Desk Lead to support a Federal Program in Arlington, VA.  This position requires an active secret clearance.

 

Responsibilities of the Service Desk Lead:

  • Diagnose and resolve client issues using ITIL best practices
  • Track all assigned work and trouble tickets using Remedy ITSM
  • Perform tier 2/3 support
  • Leading teams of service desk analysts
  • Provide process improvement analysis and recommendations

 

Qualifications of the Service Desk Lead:

  • Active Secret clearance
  • 4+ years of experience in a help desk/service desk capacity
  • Security+ or related certification required
  • Experience leading teams

 

Compensation of the Service Desk Specialist:

  • $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience
  • Full benefits
