JOB DESCRIPTION
Piper Companies is currently looking for Jr. Validation Engineer in Somerville, New Jersey (NJ) to work for an innovative and growing medical device manufacturer.
Responsibilities of the Jr. Validation Engineer:
- Execute validation and qualifications for mechanical equipment, automated equipment and utilities
- Troubleshoot equipment systems as needed
- Perform validation activities associated with change controls and the validation maintenance program
- Write investigation reports and update procedures when needed
- Attend GMP training and adhere to company SOP’s
Requirements for the Jr. Validation Engineer:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience within a GMP regulated manufacturing environment
- 1-2 years within medical device manufacturing
