Help Desk Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join a government contract located in Washington, DC. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Wireless Team in providing support to end users.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst include:

• Process requests for wireless devices (iPhones, iPad, Air Cards, Cell Phones, Pagers, International Cell Phones, and Air Waves).
• Participate in Technical Refresh of wireless mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot technical and procedural issues that arise
• Program and configure all wireless devices prior to deployment

Qualifications for the Help Desk Analyst include:                      

• 3+ years’ experience as a Help Desk Analyst
• Must possess Active Secret Security Clearance (Interim Secret is OK)
• Security+ CE Certification is preferred

Compensation for the Help Desk Analyst include:

• Salary Range: $50,000-$75,000
