Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Orbital Warfare Analyst to provide support to the United States Space Force Headquarters Space Operations Command (USSF HQ SpOC) at Peterson SFB building 1 in Colorado Springs. The Orbital Warfare Analyst will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing HQ SpOC and effectively interface with the integrated Space Control Mission Area Team.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI - SAP (Must be willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Programs and willing to consent to a Polygraph examination.)
Responsibilities for the Orbital Warfare Analyst include:
- Provide research and analysis support for the assessment of current orbital warfare capabilities and the development of current and future programs
- Develops solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of innovation ensuring solutions are consistent with organizational requirements
- Ability to integrate and assess analysis on adversary capabilities and impact to current and future operational programs
- Ability to work with internal/external organizations such as Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC), Space Security and Defense Program(SSDP), USSF Pentagon Elements, USSF Operational Units, Combatant Commands (COCOM), Intelligence Community (IC), and various research and development organizations.
- Provide support to Rendezvous Proximity Operations (RPO) analysis and capabilities development
Qualifications
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 7+ years of related space control operational experience
- Strong presentation skills and experience interfacing with senior government officials
- Experience with Rendezvous Proximity Operation
- Experience with supporting missions with or similar to 1st Space Operations Squadron (1SOPS), 3 Test & Evaluation Squadron (3TES), 3rd Space Operations Squadron (3SOPS), and Offensive Space Control
Compensation:
- Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 (based on years of experience and other factors)
